Yucka Valley is like the step sister, you know, of Joshua Tree. There's a lot of cool stuff in Yucka Valley. That's actually where our new project is. A company called Homestead Modern is doing a lot. I just had someone offer on a property one bed one bath, a thousand square feet on 5,000 square, five acre lot.
