Is God Good or Evil?

We cannot use empirical observation to determine whether God is essentially good or evil. I quite almost truly think that it would be preferable to have no racism and no need for Martin Luther King. If the only good we're trying to pursue is just the reduction of suffering, then Thanos was 50% right. It's probably one of the best descriptions of the gospel I've ever seen in media. And I feel like would we rather have evil be non-existent orevil be defeated?
