The way that papa used to work and the way that peter and max ran the organization was not necessarily the way that salespeople generally, are most comfortable communicating. In this calles organization, good ideas come from everywhere. And so when you create an open culture where you can have debate, and where you do let voices through and get hert - that's what we're looking for in the salesfolks that we're hiring. It's folks who want to come in and make a difference, and want to be part of this culture.
