Musicogenic Epilepsies - What's the Mechanism?
In eating induced epilepsy or musicogenic epilepsy, what do you think the mechanism is for triggering the seizure? So I think that's a really fascinating question. We know with photosensitivity that obviously you start to induce this of hyper-excitability. And we certainly have had evidence, so when people are engaging in cognitive tasks, that we start to see greater number of spikes to epileptal abnormalities coming from the temporal lobe. But again, it's important to listen to patients. They will often describe things that they trigger that they have.
