Do You Have a Dexamethasone Suppression Test?
I hadn't really been familiar with it as part of the workup for incidentalomas. And so, this is helpful that you're telling us the purpose of getting that testing. This subclinical cushings is very... we should think about cushings for everyone, because this seems to be pretty common. If the person has hypertension, we would think about primary aldosteroneism and check the aldosterone and renin as well.
