Competition Barbecue Is Coming Out of Business
Competition barbecue has taken barbecue out of the south being a regional thing to being really a national food. Sauce should only be no different hin a pickle or a slaw, but it should not be shoulder to shoulder with all this meat you've worked your butt off to cook. We just have this thing in our mind where barbecue's supposed to be cheap. Ta, that cultural part needs get broken apart.
