West Indian cricketers don't really represent their country. For them to gel as a group and play for each other is a challenge in itself. There was an era when actually live-loid region Richard Central likes were successful in making it Black versus White that started the whole domination. Now that seems to be something of a bygone era. If they are managed properly if they are even adequate opportunities, facilities and training both skill-wise and mental as well then possibly over a period of time the fruits will be reaped. But the fact that in 2019 they almost did not qualify that polypene tournament actually happened in 2018 so for five years if they could not actually restrict the slide
