Social media is this just completely foreign language you so you don't often see other people's accounts because what i can tell you is that i've seen on instagram over the last 18 months while we've been doing this loads of posts about ADHD burnout. The things that then burnout makes you feel like are very commonly known as things that exacerbate ADHD symptoms including in sommel and all the other twitching.
