Data Portability

The bill would allow consumers to opt out of data processing for purposes of target advertising or the sale of their data. Businesses that generate 25 million dollars a year annual revenue would be exempt from the law. The legislation has been introduced in three other states, Indiana, florida and Oklahoma.
