Cheryl and Robert have been in a tumultuous relationship since June of 2002. They're the type of couple from everything I can gather that get in an argument. He hits her, she some one of the neighbors calls the cops. The cops come over then both of them fight with the cop. Is there no law that the cops can like enforce of like, we don't want to be here again? There should be together. If I see you together, I mean, both of you,. And then there should be a restraining order that society can put on your couple as a couple to save the cops time. All of us tax money. Right.
