The system we're talking about building is can we create a way for people to fund and work on world changing projects that are trustworthy. So one gate might be does it pass this page rank for people test? Do people who are trustworthy think that this project is trustworthy? That might be like one gate that the project has to get through to move forward. The ultimate goal here is the first precept of Buddhism, which is that I shall not.
