The way to think of rollups is, you know, is a mechanism for scaling and scaling what. And one way that layer two's scale the system is by not requiring every Tm node to execute transactions or to have enough RAM or memory to run these transactions because they're all run off chain. So there is no constraint of how fast notes can execute transactions. But each node still has to propagate the data and download and store it for at least a short amount of time. That is the only remaining constraint in the rollup world.
