I'm sure in some irritating ways we're going to really dust some things up for each other. I think your institutional values are key and I talk a lot around the map is not a lot of the terrain. So if you and I disagree on something as we're navigating this uncharted terrain, at least we can go back to our core values. We both agreed on this. Let's figure out, we both agree on this, let's figure out where we go from here. That's starting point because you need that common ground.
