The rash is maculopochular. There were no oral lesions present there. This isn't something that we can maybe just chalk up to a low plate account with scattered petiteae. I think if we're truly trying to look for a unifying diagnosis, rash plus pan-sided penis, in my mind is kind of how we have to look at explaining this.
