CNN's John Sutter talks with neuroscientist David Eagleman about how senses work. He says our brain tries to impose a model on the world around us, but it also might not know what to ignore. In people who don't take psychedelics, there's elements of synesthesia in certain people that make them feel sick when they hear things like pink or taste something new. But other researchers say that pop out effect doesn't happen on psychedelics and you're actually seeing more accurately.
