Sodium channel blockers like fenatone and carbo masipin. Carbon masopine can actually treat periperal miaclones, but can worse in a cortical miaklones. Those are less likely to be on a medlus than gabpenton and pregablin or lyrica. Opiates is another big one. And then you mentioned a lot of psychiatric medications.
