method acting is a process where you do an incredibly in depth and extensive, intense kind of research that usually involves kind of living as the character lives. When people talk about the method they think leonardo de caprio preparing to do the revenant or daniel de lewis making a bark canoe before doing last o the mohicans. But if that's what we now think of the method, it wasn't always. For most of the methods history, the method is not building bark canoes. The method is not eating bison organs raw. It's really just to stay incredibly focused and committed and a concentrated that's another way to describe going method.
