UC San Diego - What Is the Difference Between Asian and Westernized?

I think the first impression I got was like okay they're American first just physically they look Asian because they're just so well assimilated into the culture. But then once you get to talk to them more it's like no they still do understand a lot of the Asian culture and like they like Asian food. A lot of the Asians I met at UCSD were still very in touch with their Asian heritage and you could like talk to them about Asian stuff and they'd get it which is cool.
