What Do You Think About the Fed's Inflation Rate?
The long end of the curve hasn't really picked up that much. Thirtyer bondils are below two point two %. The interesting thing is that it also means that the market, over time, expects inflation to converge back to a target of the federal reserve. Will it happen sooner or later than priced in? To me, the risk we want clearly favor a view that it will happen sooner.
