Bony Metistatic Pain Is Different From a Fracture Pain?

Bony metistatic pain is different from that of a fracture. It's more diffuse and hard to localize, so there must be something different about the sensation in physiology. Different types of nerve fibres are responsible for sending signals inside bone. These include delta fibre nerves which can carry faster messages than c fibers who pick up heat quicker.
