Adobe and Pantone

I think legally this is one of those things. How can you patent and withhold a color? And number two, what about the swatch thing where you can like color match? Like what if you have the Pantone website and in Adobe you're trying to choose a color and you just use that pen to match it to the, does that still work? I think that's where the things are a bit gray, no pun intended. But essentially they're still kind of playing around with the people who, because there's a plugin with Pantone that allows them to actually carry it on.
