I think their problems are really obvious. You know, they're just unprofitable and the office market isn't doing that great. It's also interesting that for so long they were operating in this expansion mode. And now they're trying to cut back and shed some of their space. I mean, it's going to be a real challenge for them to kind of figure this out.
