For any given household, it tends to be that one fee is the more significant one. If someone has a lot of wealth, then they're often used to paying 1% for investment management. For folks on the other end of the spectrum where they're have pretty complex lives, they probably don't even meet an asset minimum for a typical firm with one or two million as their minimum. They're happy to pay for some help figuring all that stuff out.
