The Syrian Conflict and the Security Council's Politism

More and more of the humanitarian discussion is taking place there, access issues in places like Syria. But as you say, the peace and security stuff has been out the window in the Russians. I don't know without the UN system how the humanitarian constellation or whatever you want to call it, the humanitarian world, audience itself.
