The Space May Have Come From Nothing

In physics terms, it's nothing, but it's not no thing like in a philosophical term as nothing there or there is nothing in my hand kind of thing. So when you say it comes from nothing, when Lawrence Krauss sort of used the term nothing, it was kind of misleading and just the title of a book. What they actually are trying to say is that the space may have come from a quantum field essentially. That quantum field has no matter, no energy. In big bang cosmology does say that.
