Why Healthy Foods Get the Cool Names?

Stamford University psychologist alia kramp looked at the language used to describe items on chain restaurants' menus. She found that healthy foods were described with words like wholesome, ar nutritional and fresh - but not succulent or mouth watering. When vegetables were labelled in indulgent terms people chose them more often. The average increase in vegetable consumption was 30%.
