He was charged under the act passed in 1328. Those laws still hold up. The judge said this law was meant to apply to people all dressed up in full armor and swinging a naked sword. Therefore, the jury should acquit. It is like it's great when you beat the law to the crime and they're like, God damn it. We hadn't thought of that. Except you can go waving a gun out in public anymore. They're the Miranda rights.
