Juror Questionairs

I think it's too soon to predict on how the court will rule here. I can understand a juror just going really fast through question after question after question. It's an interesting question about whether, at a certain point, theyare diminishing return to a lengthy jury questioner. And so without having looked at all the other questions carefully to decide what might have been discarded, i do think as a general matter, it is perhaps a good inder.
