I recently had a small little burnout slash breakdown. As you can tell, I'm in a position of a lot of responsibility. When these things pile up and there's multiple incidents at the same time, yeah, that's when you start getting into panic attack territory. Yeah, it's very difficult. There's not like I'm looking for support right now. I'm trying to delegate a lot of things and make sure and deal with my own stress. It's something that I think I'm not in a position to give advice. I've been something that I've managed very poorly myself."
