Most typically, patients who come in with an acute ischemic insult like this that have no chronic mesenterycouschemia will have an SMA lesion. If there's osteo disease, I'd love to see if I could do something endovascular first. It does usually involve a break-yield cut down because most of our covered stents go through seven front sheets.
