A lot of injuring managers that i know, especially people who ask me for fietback advice and all that, they actually don't know whether they are performing well or they are performing baps. One purpose of the entering manager is to make sure it's alined with whatever the organizational goal is. Most people will probably be on a product team. Are you helping to smooth out customer issues so you reduce the number of repeated types of custom issues that pop up? You know, there are good concrete goals depending on which part of business you're working in.
