The Rise of Remote Work

Wade: Zapia has been fully remote since day one. Co-founder Mike, as she went back to school in Missouri, and there, and also their first to heart support I didn't want to lose to Chicago. So they made the decision at that point to be completely remote. And so everything we spoke about here, Wade knew that he needed awesome people in order to implement all these growth levers. The benefits of a remote work also surpassed just being able to get the best talent. It's also better for the environment, cost savings, both for the business and for the employees.
