The Problem With Rationing in India

Some of these guys who got rations for two days or something like that right so this is it's not like they don't need need help they must be really really pushed to the limit to just give up on that. Some have called us in states where they said they haven't eaten all day or for a day before and so but in those cases we have managed to make the transfer within the same way thankfully. But yeah there are cases like this too how is that happening though because that everyone's all the government agency ration agency is supposed to giving out double rations right?
