The Holmes Castle

The construction of the Holmes castle began in the summer of 1889. The labor and materials were going to be from Etna, Iron and Steel. A carpenter by the name of Benjamin Pitezel was a little like Holmes. He had a history of petty crimes, misdemeanors. Eventually it all caught up to him and he was arrested for passing bad checks.
