There are at least three laws that have the term Jewish in them, but there is no proper definition. Every time this is being kind of challenged in the court, then there's a big mess,. I'm talking about, you know, this basically broke down governments and whatever. So basically what happened is that the Israeli court, which doesn't claim to be religious, was applying religious criteria in order to deny Brother Daniel the right of return. Even though they didn't claim to even care about religion, but they did claim to, to, to care about this specific case.
