Managed Cultural Evolution
A managed cultural evolution is the middle way between a pure laissez-faire economy on one hand and centrally planned economies on the other. The process of intentionally designing an economy so as to scale up the organization towards a CAS one system this is what you call managed cultural evolution. It's conscious about replicating best practices because even when we when something works causing it to persist and do and do and to come into existence someplace else that requires a lot of work.
