The Effects of Exercise on Immune Functions

There's a good sort of mechanistic link there between a dress lowering of immunity, and that being a likely reason for the increase incidence of infection among athletes then endurance type event. The most potent one we know of which is interleukin 10 or aisle 10. So get a down regulation of the receptors on your white blood cell that actually there to the presence of bacteria virus these are called all light with that. They're all be created by exercise.
