In the 20 or so years I've been here, I've probably seen 50 to 70 professionals leave Besmer and virtually all of them have gone on to do something really successful in many instances. We're really careful to do that pruning or the trimming as you describe it in an extremely discreet way. It's often not about keeping someone's weaknesses a secret. Like we have a particular model. The model works really well for us. There are many people who want to do it in a different way.
