How Do You Get Enough Fat?
I eat an avocado at least a day. I buy them super green and put them in the fridge, and I buy like 20 at a time. Monk fruit is another one that, at small amounts, it won't have an impact on my blood sugar. Avocado, olive oil, nuts, seeds, macadamia nuts are high in percentage fats. If I need something extra, I like to take Nori rolls,. which is the Nori paper, and I put really good olive oil on that with some salt, maybe some nutritional yeast.
