The Importance of AGI Safety Programs
In principle, the idea of putting an alignment safety protocol on AGIs that is racist and morally incorrect. I think our level of knowledge is so poor at this point that we don't know if we should or shouldn't have an AGI safety program. Psychopaths are creative and intelligent; it's not like their rationality is disabled. It is at least possible for general intelligence to be, in some sense, influenced to become or not become a psychopath just like the genes are able to do that to us. Once we understand it better, I suspect interventions will help.
