The Politics of Free Speech

I worry that the really problematic stuff is going to be lost in the smoke or what did you call it the dust, right. There are legitimate sort of speech interest and speech values that we should be concerned about. But there are these individual emails about like individual pieces of content or individual accounts with very aggressive language from the government to platforms saying this needs to be removed. The district court doesn't try at all to do the difficult work that is required of it here I think which is to balance them and to reconcile them.
