Dianne: Why are we still struggling with ciber security hiring? She says diversity is fundamentally important, but the degree to which individuals feel included, accepted and treated equally is critical too. Dave: I really do think if i've got the situation where any under performing employee is going to be stuck with for 12 months. And that's going to pile up. You're gong to get more and more and more of them. Yu're really going to have that much more of a drain on your company, drain on your performance. So in my mind, that's the worst of the two. They're both bad. That's a good point that yo may get out.
