Is God's Point Something Other in Exodus Three?

In Genesis 22, Abraham calls the place of the sacrifice, Jehovah Jaira. Yet in Exodus three, God tells Moses that by his name, Jehovah, was he not made known unto Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob? His Genesis showed evidence of an anachronism or is God's point something else in Exodus three? Yeah, I think the actual reference here is Exodus six, three.
