The Economic Relationship Between Plants and Fungi

Mycorrhizae are these long, thread-like fungi that connect to the roots of plants. This network is often called the wood-wide web and facilitates communication in the forest. There is also an economic relationship between plants and these fungi. The experiment Jenny is working on is about trying to get more mycorrhizal fungi into urban soil.
