I think one of my favorite things every time I rewatch it is that everyone is there, but they are just in their own world completely. There's a lifetime of shared understanding and the acceptance that you earned with each other. For Aziraphil to go back to heaven and Jamie to going back to Cersei is the same move. You're a good man and you can't save her too. She's hateful and so am I. It's just absolutely fucking heart wrenching. Oh, they're the best. Love them.
