The Importance of Taking Time Off
I wouldn't have taken a break ever because I started comedy. So mate that I didn't have time for breaks. Breaks would be like, Oh, you're 60. You know, I'm 55 right now. And so I was like, shit, man, I can't stop. In comedy, they're waiting for you to stop. Just everybody, I knew he'd quit. Even if he took two weeks off,. I knew he would quit. It feels like that. Nobody takes any time off. The way to tune that out is to appreciate that and take that time. That recharge creates a balance that makes the work better.
