I really believe most of these leaders are trying to do the best job they can. And so maybe our perspectives will shift too but I think that gentleness and sort of healing after goes a long way. It's hard to hate people up close. When you get close to people and those relationships, you see them as a multifaceted person. Maybe some of their policies or their approaches are really abrasive and maybe they're the firehose in the wrong direction.
