The hustle gene at whatever level of education IQ etc that alone just is fantastic for society yeah yeah very much I mean most of the time it comes out of necessity right that's a really key point though necessity drives what so much. One of the interesting stories that I feature in the book and kind of injury you I did is with Nat Turner who started Flatiron Health that's a company that was acquired for two billion dollars by Roche. They think very deep about their every next step and sometimes it takes them a year or two to figure that out but they eventually do.
