Is It a Risky Business?

We are going through a digital revolution that is the equivalent of all four industrial revolutions, rolding together. And many of us are not nearly as secure as we think. We do have to take risks. I advise my children and my mentees, you know, look, don't think about your career in terms of jobs. Think about it in terms of developing a portfolio talents that you can turn to many different purposes.
