How Stress Is Beneficial for Our Brains

Stress is one of the most important things for healthy development of our brain. Short term stress, where we feel triggered by something, causes a rapid release of this hormon called a drenelin and the equivalent chemical in the brain. It creates alertness of the mind and a kind of hyper focus on whatever is happening. The real key is to be able to experience stress but then shut off the response that's causing you to get sick.
